Date Fig Sleep
Date Fig Pudding is a unique caramel-like flavor prepared with simple ingredients provided by nature and helps you satisfy your sweet cravings in a healthy way. It takes its name from the fermentation of milk during the preparation process of the dessert, just like in yogurt.
The most important tip is that the milk should be at a temperature that your finger can withstand, just like yogurt. After covering it, leave it to ferment at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
I added 4-5 dried dates to make it extra sweet.

Ingredients for Date and Fig Sleep Recipe
- 10-12 dried figs
- 4 dates
- 5 water glass milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Fabrication:
- Put the figs and dates in a deep bowl. Add hot water and let them sit for 15 minutes to soften.
- Place the softened figs and dates on a cutting board. Cut off the stems and chop the rest into large cubes.
- Heat the milk, turn off the heat before it reaches the boiling point.
- When the milk comes to a temperature that will not hurt your hand (you can check it with your finger before it gets too cold), add the chopped figs and cinnamon into it.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Quickly distribute the mixture you prepared into the containers. Let rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Put the thickened and fermented dessert in the refrigerator and let it rest for another 1-2 hours.
- Serve garnished as desired.
