  • 2 teaspoons of mastic gum paste
  • 1 cup of butter (160 g)
  • 1 fingers missing from 2 glass of powdered sugar (120 g)
  • 2 cups of flour (220 g)

How to Make Gum Gum Cookies Recipe?

  1. Take the butter that you have taken out of the refrigerator 15-20 minutes ago, into the kneading bowl.

  3. When the butter, sugar and paste are collected, add all the flour into it and knead.
  4. If you find it difficult to collect it in the bowl, knead it quickly on the kitchen counter and collect it.
  5. Cut 20 walnut-sized pieces from the dough (25 g each).
  6. Roll the cut pieces with your hands and place them on the baking tray with greaseproof paper at 3 cm intervals.
  7. With the back (non-sharp side) of a knife, cut through the cookie without going all the way down.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. (Cookies will still be soft when taking them out of the oven)
