Curd Cake
Hello everyone,
last 2 days Barbecue I didn't have the opportunity to write a recipe because I was busy with the preparations. This year, there were more applications than last year. The participation form was filled in 1 day.
Every year, on the barbecue day, we and those around us are in a festive mood. On that day, the violinist's garden turns into a festive area. I really look forward to meeting you again.
By the way, the diet is going great. I finally lost 60,5 kilos. I decided that my breaking point was 62, now that I am 60,5, I think I will lose the remaining kilos.
Recently, I see that some of my readers are rebelling, saying, "When will you leave the diet, then do normal meals?" Don't worry, it's almost time :) But do not forget that all the meals I prepare are delicious and can be enjoyed by people who do not diet.
Curd Cake, for my pastry-loving readers. While I was preparing the cake, what I did recently Ricotta cheese You can also use it.
Love…
Materials
- 2 large eggs (large)
- 1 cup ricotta or sweet curd cheese
- 1 fingers missing granulated sugar from 2 glass of water
- 1 fingers missing oil from 2 glass of water
- 1 fingers missing yoghurt from 2 glass of water
- 1 fingers missing from 2 glass of water marmalade
- 3 water glass flour
- 5-6 drops of vanilla flavoring
- 1 piece of baking powder
How to Make Curd Cake Recipe?
- Take the sugar and eggs in a whisk, and when the mixture turns white (until the sugar is completely dissolved), beat it with a mixer at low speed and then at high speed.
- Add yogurt and oil to the beaten eggs and continue mixing.
- Add the curd and mix. Add the flour, jam and vanilla flavoring and mix until you get a smooth dough.
- Add the baking soda last and mix for 1 more minute.
- Grease your cake mold and pour the dough into the mold. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 45-50 minutes, checking it every now and then. Check with a knife whether the inside is cooked or not.
- After your baked cake has cooled completely, remove it from the mold and serve by slicing.
The recipe and the picture are very attractive. Especially if it contains orange jam and curd. Isn't it just a glass of jam and a glass of sugar? If we just put jam, will it break the swelling or texture?
If you don't like too sweet, you can minimize your sugar amount. It doesn't rise with just jam, unfortunately, so try reducing both by half.
It's a pleasure to spend time on your site. The food photos are very attentive, congratulations :-)
As a food lover, I wrote what I think about food :-)
It's great... I've tried peach cake-pie soon too... There is no such flavor... It's simple to make, the taste is super, it's flamboyant. I recommend it. The recipe is on my blog, if you want to make it..... fatos's kitchen diary
I've been experimenting with muffins in the microwave. The last time I made the apple cinnamon one. I will try this too
But what's on it?
It looks very very beautiful.
Health in your hands
I poured orange jam on it :) A little on it, a little on it :)
Tried in bread machine. The result is excellent.

Hello Meral, as a matter of fact, it should not be eaten at any stage because it contains sugar. Love…
Hi Nilay,
How can we make a Dukan version of this recipe?
Greetings
Tulay
hello, tahsıldaroglu has a breakfast curd like labneh, can you make this cake with it? tskler love
Hello Nevin, I have never tried that cheese before, but labneh seems to have a more fluid consistency. Sure, it's worth a try.
