Today, a rather gloomy weather prevails in Istanbul, however, it was sunny every day when leaving the house… One wants to sit sluggishly. The most interesting part of the job is that the summers and winters are mixed with each other. After a struggle that lasted for about 2,5 hours yesterday, I packed up and removed the winter coats, but when I saw this dark and cold weather, I regretted it… Where are my sweaters :( You are the most beautiful in Istanbul, you are the crown of our heads, whatever comes from you… look what I have prepared for you, I will publish it soon :) Ok, I'll enter the recipe. Crème Brulee is a very enjoyable and delicious dessert, it is highly recommended, I hope you try it... :)

Ingredients for Creme Brulee Recipe

  • 1 liter raw cream or (4 boxes of 250 ml.)
  • 1 packaged vanilla
  • 8 eggs (yolks only)
  • half a glass of granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

For the above:

  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar per cup

How to Make Creme Brulee Recipe?

  1. Put the cream and vanilla in a saucepan and heat on low heat.
  2. Whisk all of the egg yolks in another bowl, gradually add the white and absorbent sugar and continue whisking.
  3. Add the egg and sugar mixture you prepared to the heated cream and beat for another 4-5 minutes.
  4. Divide the mixture you prepared into several parts and separate into ceramic cups.
  5. Set your oven to 180 degrees and heat it.
  6. Place the ceramic pots on a baking tray filled with water and bake for about 50-55 minutes until they turn pink. cook it.
  7. Allow to cool or refrigerate until it's time to serve.
  8. When you are going to serve, open the grill of the oven by sprinkling brown sugar on it and wait until the brown sugar thickens. Serve warm or cold.

    The creme brulee looks very good. Saglik to your hands. But my favorite is creme caramel. I'm looking for a creme caramel recipe that I can make at home. I haven't tried it before. I'm waiting for your help….
