Seda's came to the picnic this weekend. Thanks to him, whenever he comes, he brings beautiful cookies, pastries and sweets. But he usually makes his recipes by eye, so I can't share many of them with you :)

Ingredients for Black Cumin Mini Cookies Recipe
- 250 grams of butter at room temperature
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 2 eggs (for the yolk)
- 2 package baking powder
- half a teaspoon of powdered sugar
- 1,5 teaspoons of salt
- 4 tablespoon of grape vinegar
- 4 tablespoon of black seed
- 5,5-6 glasses of flour
How to Make Black Cumin Mini Cookies Recipe?
- Put the butter at room temperature in a mixing bowl, add the oil, egg whites, powdered sugar, salt, baking powder and vinegar and mix.
- Add black cumin and 2 cups of flour and continue mixing.
- Add flour and continue kneading until you get a dough that does not stick to the hand or to the bowl.
- Break off pieces the size of a hazelnut from the gathered dough and roll them in your hand.
- Place the cookie balls you prepared on the baking tray on which you have greased paper, with 2 cm intervals.
- Apply the egg yolks you have separated on them with the help of a brush.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees until golden brown. Enjoy your meal.
