Coleslaw Salad with Yogurt

I think there are very few people who try Coleslaw salad and do not want to eat it again :) I have been making it with mayonnaise for years, but in this recipe I wanted to prepare a healthier alternative. The yoghurt version was much better than the mayonnaise version 😍
You can create alternative flavors by adding raisins, radishes, celery or coriander leaves to this recipe, which is usually made with cabbage, carrots and mayonnaise.

Coleslaw Salad with Yogurt – Ingredients for Coleslaw Salad Recipe
- Half of a large cabbage
- 2 medium carrot
- 2 small red onion
- 1 large pinch of parsley
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 5 tablespoon of yoghurt
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1 sweet spice salt
- 1 tablespoons of vinegar
- 2 tablespoon of mustard
Fabrication:
- Cut the cabbage into 2 or 4 parts according to their size, wash and finely chop.
- Peel the carrot and chop it like matchsticks.
- Chop the onions into crescent shapes tomorrow.
- Put all the ingredients into the mixing bowl. Add salt and sugar and crush it with your hands. Let it rest until you prepare the sauce.
- Whisk yogurt, mustard, vinegar and garlic in a small bowl until combined.
- Add it to the ingredients you ground and mix.
- Serve the cabbage salad after letting it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
