We opened our eyes to a rainy weekend, even though it's a bit cold and even sick, April rains give people a sweet pleasure. Watching the rain from the window and trying something new in my hot kitchen relaxes my mind.

yoghurt dessert with cocoa

On a Saturday like this, I went into the kitchen and prepared a simple yogurt dessert, enjoying the rain and dessert while sipping my tea.

I recommend it to those who plan to spend Sunday at home like me. Love :)

Ingredients for Cocoa Yogurt Dessert Recipe

  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 1 tea glass of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of semolina
  • 1,5 glasses of yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoons of oil
  • ¼ cup cocoa
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla vanilla
  • 1 water glass flour

For the syrup:

  • 1,5 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 water glass of water
  • 2-3 drops of lemon juice

Fabrication:

  1. Beat 2 eggs with 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar until foamy. Add the yogurt and oil and continue whisking.
  2. Add semolina, flour, cocoa, vanilla and baking powder and beat at high speed for 2 more minutes.
  3. Grease my 30 cm bore and pour the dough you have prepared into it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Put the sherbet ingredients in a small saucepan, boil them for 5-6 minutes on medium heat. After dripping the lemon juice, boil for 1 more minute and remove from the stove.
  5. Slice the dessert you bought from the oven, let it cool for 5-6 minutes, then pour the hot syrup on it. After the dessert has completely cooled, let it rest for 1-2 hours and serve.

I had only one question to try
1 glass of sugar in it + one and a half glasses of sugar in sherbet, isn't it too sweet?

    Hello Ms. Nilay;

As always, I follow your recipes with interest and they are all delicious. I just couldn't understand the amount of cocoa in your recipe. If I put it with a tablespoon, how many tablespoons of cocoa should I put in? Should I pour the syrup a little warm or should it be poured as soon as it boils? Finally, if I pour it into my square debt, will it be small, should I pour it into my rectangular debt? I asked a lot of questions, but give it to my inexperience again :) But thanks to you, I will get rid of this inexperience, I am happy when I try such good recipes. Good luck to you :)

    Stay with love…
