Cake with Cocoa Sauce

Ingredients for Cocoa Sauce Cake Recipe
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 water glass milk
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 1 packaged vanilla
- 1 package baking powder
- 3 water glass flour
For the sauce:
- 2 water glass milk
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup sugar
Over:
- coconut
- Let's prepare the sauce for our cake first.
For sauce:
- Milk, cocoa and sugar are boiled in a small pot, stirring constantly. When it boils thoroughly, reduce the heat and cook for another 5-10 minutes on low heat, then turn off the heat and let the sauce cool.
- While our sauce is cooling down, let's prepare our cake on the other side. For our cake, sugar and eggs are first whisked. Then liquid ingredients are added and mixed. Finally, our cake dough is prepared by adding the sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla.
- Pour the cake we prepared into a large rectangular bowl and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
- Once the cake is baked, it is left to cool. Our thoroughly cooled cake is sliced into squares and made ready to be dipped in sauce.
- The cakes we cut are thoroughly dipped in the cocoa sauce we prepared first. Once it gets wet all over and the cake absorbs the sauce, it is coated with coconut. Our cakes, coated with coconut on all sides, are placed on a serving plate and served.
