Cocoa cake

Years later I realized that on my blog only cocoa cake I have never shared a recipe under the title :) cocoa cake i did it anyway only cocoa it didn't happen. The funny thing is that there is sauce in it :) Of course, the sauce bonus in this recipe, you don't have to cook the sauce if you want. alone too a cotton cake is happening.

Ingredients for Cocoa Cake Recipe
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 1 water glass milk
- 2 soup spoons of cocoa
- 2 water glass flour
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 pack of vanilla
For the sauce:
- 1 and a half cups of milk
- 1 teaspoons of oil
- 1 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 soup spoons of cocoa
Fabrication:
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until the sugar dissolves and becomes foamy.
- Beat by adding milk and oil. Add cocoa, flour, vanillin and baking powder and mix again on low speed.
- Grease the cake mold and pour the mixture into the mold.
- Bake in the oven preheated at 180 degrees until the cake comes out dry (30 minutes).
- For the sauce, put all the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook on low heat, stirring until it boils. Cook the boiling sauce for 2-3 more minutes on low heat by stirring, remove from the stove and leave to cool.
- Let the cake out of the oven rest until it is warm, pour the warm sauce on it while it is in the mold. Let it rest for 1 more hour at room temperature and serve by removing it from the mold.
