Albanian Liver

Un
Oil for frying

For sauce: Garlic and pomegranate syrup

How to Make Albanian Liver Recipe?


We slice the beef liver square by square (remove the skin). We sprinkle flour on it, and we discard the excess flour with the help of a strainer.

Fry in hot oil in a Teflon pan. (If desired, beat the garlic after cooking, mix it with pomegranate syrup and pour it over the liver as a sauce.) Bon appetit...
