Creamy Strawberry Custard with Crispy Kadaif

Happy holidays everyone💕🍬🍭🍫🧁 I hope it will be the last holiday we spend apart from our loved ones. We spent a lot of time at home making video calls. When it was all over, I got bored, what should I do, I thought I'd write the waiting recipes instead of sitting idle 😄 I rarely buy dessert from outside, but this dessert was one of my favorite flavors of a famous patisserie here.
For some reason, they started not doing it anymore with the pandemic. I got the same taste after 1-2 tries 😄 Let them think about it 🤣 This is my crunchy strawberry custard with cream. You can use ready-made kadaif or you can prepare fresh kadaif by baking it yourself. You can add it just before serving to keep the kadaif on top crispy. Ingredients for Crispy Kadayif Creamy Strawberry Custard Recipe
- 4 water glass milk
- 1 box of milk cream
- 1 teaspoon of starch (heaping)
- 1 cup + a quarter teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1 pack of vanilla
- 10 large strawberries
- 1-1,5 cups of crispy kadayif
How to Make Crispy Creamy Strawberry Custard Recipe with Kadayif?
- Take the starch, granulated sugar and milk cream in a saucepan and whisk until there are no lumps.
- Add the milk and mix it and take it to the stove. On medium heat, cook the pudding until it thickens and thickens.
- Add the thickened pudding barrel, mix and remove from the stove.
- Place 1-2 tablespoons of crispy kadayif in the glasses or small jars you will use.
- Pour one ladle of pudding. Throw in a pinch of the chopped strawberries. Add some more pudding on top and sprinkle with crispy kadayif.
- Serve garnished with strawberries and optional pistachios.
