Crispy Rolling Dumplings
It wouldn't have happened if I hadn't shared my mother-in-law's delicious pastry with you, as it is practical. It is a dough that you can easily roll out with your hands without using any equipment, and at the end it becomes a crispy pastry. He even said it's easier for me than making a phyllo pastry 😄
The amount of water may vary depending on the flour, but you can adjust the dough consistency as in the video by adding water and flour in a controlled manner.
Everyone in the house is happy when half is with spinach and the other half with potatoes :) You can also try with different fillings.

Ingredients for Crispy Rolling Pie Recipe
- 6,5-7 cups flour
- 2,5-3 glasses of water
- 1 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 tablespoons oil
- 2 sweet spice salt
- 1 cup of oil to roll out the dough
For inside:
- 300 g spinach
- 2 medium boiled potatoes
- 1 large onion
- salt
- black pepper
- Red pepper
- Olive oil
How to Make Crispy Rolling Pie Recipe?
1. Chop and fry the onion and separate half of it.
2. Add boiled potatoes to one half and the washed and chopped spinach to the other half and fry.
3. Add salt, black pepper and chili flakes, remove from heat and leave to cool.
4. Sift 3 cups of flour into the kneading bowl, add salt, vinegar, sunflower and water to it and start kneading the dough.
5. Add the remaining 2 cups of flour, collect the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
6. Divide the dough you prepared into two parts. Divide each half into 10 pieces and roll.
7. Roll out each meringues the size of a dinner plate and drizzle with oil and put them on top of each other.
8. Expand to tray sizes by pulling with your hand.
9. Spread the entire dough for the dough you have prepared.
10. Open the other 10 parts in the same way, put them on the inner material and close the edges by combining them with the lower part.
11. Spread the remaining oil on the pastry. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown and serve warm.
