Ingredients for Gypsy Rice – Çökelek Salad Recipe
- 2 cups of curd
- 1 medium tomatoes
- 1 medium cucumbers
- 2-3 green peppers
- 1 small onion
- 2 pinch of parsley
- 1 pinch of dill
- Olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- the çöreot
- Green olives (optional)
How to Make Gypsy Pilaf – Çökelek Salad Recipe?
- For the salad, chop tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, onions and greens.
- Chop the tomato into cubes.
- Mix the buckwheat with the cayenne pepper and chopped parsley. Add salt and onion and mix again.
- Transfer the mixture you prepared to the serving plate. Add tomatoes and green olives on top.
- Finally, serve with lots of olive oil.
