Cimonade – Ingredients for Strawberry Lemonade Recipe
- 1 kg of lemon
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (or 1,5 depending on your taste)
- 3 liters of water
- 300 g strawberries
Cemonade – How to Make Strawberry Lemonade Recipe?
1. Grate the peels of the lemons so that they do not go too far into the white part.
2. Add the sugar to the grated lemon peels and knead for 2-3 minutes until the juice is released.
3. Squeeze the lemons separately and add the lemon juice to the lemon peels that you knead with sugar.
4. Put the extracted strawberries through the blender, add them to the lemonade base and mix.
5. Add 3 liters of water, mix and let it rest for 30 minutes, then strain the shells through a fine strainer.
5. Chill the cement in the refrigerator. Serve with ice and optionally lemon wedges, strawberries and fresh mint leaves.
