Ingredients for Strawberry Muffin Recipe

  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 2,5 water glass flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 water glass milk
  • 1 finger less than 1 glass of oil
  • 1 packet of vanillin with sugar
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries

For decoration:

  • 12 strawberries
  • 1 pack of whipped cream
  • 1 water glass milk

How to Make Strawberry Muffin Recipe?

  1. Put the sugar and eggs in a whisk, beat with a mixer at low speed and then at high speed (until the sugar dissolves completely and swells).
  2. Add milk and oil to the beaten eggs and mix for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla, continue mixing until you get a smooth dough.
  4. Add the chopped strawberries and mix for another 30 seconds.
  5. Divide the cake mix into the paper cake molds.
  6. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
  7. Take the baked muffins out of the oven and let them cool.
  8. When it comes to room temperature, garnish with 1 glass of cold milk and whipped cream.
  9. Serve with 1 strawberry on top of each muffin.

      If you bake without using a muffin tray, the cake will break down and the cake will become heavy and spread, unfortunately.

    My daughter also loves muffins. He also eats it with pleasure, just according to his hand. I will try your recipe as soon as possible. I cook by putting papers in the slots in a 12 muffin tray, but the papers turn black. I tried different papers with a cute cute pattern, they all turned black. How do I keep the original color of the papers? any idea?

    My dear Nilay, I watched your video today and tried your recipe. My daughter's term project was strawberry muffins, I used your recipe. I added lemon to the dough, I cooked pudding instead of whipped cream on it, it was very good, the kids loved it… :))

    yes, i tried it right away. I don't like whipped cream, instead, I melted white chocolate with cream and poured it on it. but the muffin is really amazing, especially the strawberries in it :) well done nilay..
