Strawberry Brownie
Hello Dear Friends,
I've been cooking different versions of this recipe for years. I usually prepare it with hazelnuts, but this time I decided to evaluate the strawberries at home and make a small sugar adjustment. Normally, I used to prepare 1,5 cups of sugar, but in recent years, he started to faint with chocolate. I took 1 cup.
You can also add different fruits in it, just like in a blondie cake. Especially the cherry will be delicious.
I would love to share the recipes you use on my story :) You can send the photos via direct message via Instagram or by tagging me in your story. My Instagram account: @kitchensirlari Don't forget to follow!

How To Make Strawberry Brownie Recipe?
- If available, melt the dark chocolate and butter that you cut into small pieces in the microwave, if not in the bain-marie, mix well and leave to cool.
- Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and add sugar to it and whisk. Be careful not to let the egg rise while beating.
- When the eggs and sugar are well mixed, sift the sifted flour and cocoa into it.
- Add the chocolate and butter mixture to the dough and mix.
- When the dough is mixed with the chocolate, line a small square baking dish or a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and pour the brownie mixture.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries on top.
- Pour the dough mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
- Slice your brownie out of the oven when it comes to room temperature and serve.
Should we run the oven with a fan? Does it matter for a more fluid consistency?
The fan can dry a little more, but I usually do it with a fan. Yours sincerely
Hello, I made brownie for the first time. I used 200 cc of coconut oil as oil, other than that, I stayed true to the whole recipe. Its taste and smell became legendary.
thank you for this recipe
Hello, run with fan. Not the fan, but overcooking affects its fluidity.
