Strawberry jam is my favorite jam since childhood. Especially if the strawberries are not bought from the market, but fragrant strawberries from any garden, the taste of the jam will not be enough.

When my dear nennosos made jam, she would gain pounds and eat it all winter.

reçel

As I say in every jam recipe, the sweetest jam is the jam you boil at home, just like him.

Love…

  3. In the morning, take the watered strawberries into the stove and boil them on medium heat until they get the consistency of jam, squeeze the lemon juice close to taking it from the stove and boil it 2-3 times and remove it from the stove.

Do we leave the jam out overnight or in the refrigerator? And while cooking, will the lid of the pot be closed or open?

my dear, first of all, your jar should never be wet, as soon as it is cooked, it should be dry on the spoons outside the jar. Your jam should be cooked quite a bit and have a dense consistency. If there is a problem again, close the jar when it cools down and leave it in the sun for 5-6 days.

Well, how many minutes do I need to boil on average, I don't know how the consistency should be while boiling because I have never done it. There is not much sun here, will it break if I don't keep it in the sun??
