- 1 kg. granulated sugar

How to Make Strawberry Jam Recipe?
- Remove the stems of the strawberries and wash them in 1-2 waters. Put half of the strawberries in a large saucepan and add half of the sugar.
- After adding the remaining half of the strawberry and sugar, cover the pot and leave it overnight.
- In the morning, take the watered strawberries into the stove and boil them on medium heat until they get the consistency of jam, squeeze the lemon juice close to taking it from the stove and boil it 2-3 times and remove it from the stove.
- When your jam is hot, divide it into jars and when it cools, close the lids and store in a cool place.
