Today's recipe is my favorite poached chicken. Çilbir is a very practical dish and will definitely be remembered by those who taste it, but the hard part is to boil the egg yolks in water without bursting them.
There's a name for this method of poaching, which is to boil eggs or tender meats such as fish and chicken breasts in a slightly rattling pot of water.
You have to pay attention to some things to cook your eggs with this method and make poached eggs. The first is to break the eggs into a bowl and leave them as close to the water as possible. Because if you leave it from too high, you may experience problems such as breaking up the egg whites and dispersing the yolk.
Likewise, if the water is boiling too much, there is a possibility that your egg will disperse. For this, you should turn down the heat immediately after the water boils.
The whites of the eggs that you will prepare poached eggs should be completely cooked and the yolks should be soft. In this, it is enough to boil the eggs for 3-4 minutes.
You can serve the eggs cooked with this method with sauteed spinach and different sauces.

- 5 pieces of eggs
- 1,5 – 2 lt. That
- 1 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 sweet spice salt
For the sauce:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bowl of yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of red paprika
- 5-6 tablespoons of oil
How to Make a Çıbır Recipe?
- Take the pot filled with water to the stove, add water and vinegar and let it boil.
- When the water boils, lower the heat and let it rattle.
- Crack the first egg into a bowl and drop it gently into the tinkling water without breaking the yolk.
- Gently turn the egg by inserting the colander into the water, being careful not to burst it.
- Take the egg that you cooked for 3-4 minutes from the water with the help of a colander and put it on the serving plate.
- After applying the same process to all the eggs, salt them lightly and pour the garlic yoghurt you prepared over the eggs.
- Heat the oil and red pepper in a small saucepan and pour over the eggs and serve.
