Crepe is a very flexible dough, you can prepare it as salty or sweet if you want. Its basic ingredients are flour, eggs and milk. You can also flavor it with different essences if you want.

Ingredients for Chocolate Banana Roll Pancakes Recipe
- 1 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoon of cocoa
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 glasses of milk or 1 glass of water +1 glass of milk
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- Oil or butter for cooking
For inside:
- 4 banana
- Chocolate sauce
How to Make Chocolate Banana Roll Pancakes Recipe?
- Whisk the egg and milk until the egg is completely dispersed.
- Add flour, water, vanillin, cocoa, salt and baking powder to the mixture and continue whisking until you get a lump-free, fluid mixture.
- When the pancake batter is ready, grease and heat the Teflon pan. When the pan is hot, pour 1 ladle of dough into it.
- Spread it on the pan with the back of the ladle and cook until it is eye-catching and turn the other side. When the crepe is cooked, transfer it to the serving plate. Do the same until all the pancakes are gone.
- Put 1 banana inside the crepe and roll it with Nutella, honey or cream as you wish.
- Slice the rolls you have prepared and put them on a serving plate, pour chocolate sauce on them and serve.
