It is important to cool the butter and chocolate mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally so that the beaten egg does not cook. Another important issue is the consistency of taking the cookies out of the oven. Cookies will be soft when you take them out of the oven, and will harden on their own as they cool at room temperature. If you want to cook it a little more, you will burn it, keep in mind.

Ingredients for Chocolate Hazelnut Cookie Recipe
- 2 packages of dark chocolate (160 g)
- half a glass of butter (75 g)
- 1 large egg
- half a glass of granulated sugar
- 1,5 cups flour
- 1-2 drops of vanilla
- half a pack of baking powder
- nut cracks
How To Make Chocolate Hazelnut Cookie Recipe?
- Melt the chocolate and mix it with the room temperature butter. Bring to room temperature for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Beat eggs and granulated sugar until sugar dissolves. Add in the chocolate mixture and mix.
- Add the baking powder, vanilla and flour and mix with the help of a spatula.
- Portion the cookie dough with a spoon or ice cream scoop on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper at 4-5 cm intervals.
- Sprinkle hazelnut chips on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
- When it comes to room temperature, remove it from the tray and serve.
