Chocolate Baklava


Materials:

900 un
100 grams of cocoa
1 tea spoon salt
350 ml (about two glasses) water
600 grams of butter
500 grams of starch
300 grams of crushed walnuts or pistachios
Margarine for greasing the dough

For the syrup:
2.5 kg of sugar
3 liters of water
250 grams of grated dark chocolate

How to Make Chocolate Baklava Recipe?

Sift the flour and cocoa. Add salt and water and knead into dough. Rest the dough for half an hour. Prepare 16-17 meringues. Starch the meringues and roll them into thin sheets. Lubricate the tray. Lay the half of the phyllo on the tray by spreading melted margarine between them. Scatter the crushed walnuts over the phyllo dough. Open the remaining phyllo and place it on the walnuts. Slice the baklava as you wish. Pour the melted butter on it and bake it in the oven at 170 degrees until it turns pink. After taking it out of the oven, pour the hot syrup on it and let it cool. To prepare the syrup, boil sugar, water and chocolate for 10 minutes.
