I rolled up my sleeves today when I realized that I haven't made cookies for a long time. I took a look at what's in the kitchen. The first things that caught my eye were the pineapple, which had started to soften, and the dark chocolate, which I do not like to eat alone. Then the rest came like ripping socks :)

For the cookies:

  • 1 pieces of eggs
  • 3 water glass flour
  • 150 g margarine
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar

For the pineapple batter:

  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 4 teaspoons of hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 1 dark chocolate bar

How To Make Chocolate Pineapple Cookie Recipe?

  1. Take all the ingredients for the cookies into the kneading bowl, knead well and get a hard dough.
  2. Take the dough on a floured counter, roll it to 1 cm thickness, divide it into squares with the help of a knife and place it on the baking tray with 1 cm intervals.
  3. Chop the pineapple into cubes, put it in a Teflon pan and sauté it by adding granulated sugar and hazelnuts. Once the pineapples have evaporated, take them off the stove and let them cool.
  4. Spread the pineapples on the cookies you prepared. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a bain-marie. Drizzle chocolate over the baked cookies. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and serve after cooling.
