Ingredients for Orange Mother Cake with Chocolate Sauce Recipe
- 4 large eggs
- 1,5 cup powdered sugar
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 1 water glass milk
- 2 package baking powder
- 1 pack of vanilla
- 2 water glass flour
- 3 tablespoons of wheat starch
- 2 soup spoons of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
For the top:
- 1 pack of milk cream (200 ml)
- 1 pack of dark chocolate (80 g)
How to Make Orange Mother Cake with Chocolate Sauce?
- Beat eggs and sugar until foamy.
- Add milk and oil and continue mixing.
- Add flour, orange zest, vanillin and baking powder and mix on medium speed until completely mixed.
- Pour the plain cake mix into the greased cake mold, pour the cake mix you mixed with cocoa on top.
- Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
- Remove from mold when completely cooled.
- Heat the cream so that it does not boil and remove it from the stove. Add the chocolate and stir until it melts.
- Pour it over the cooled cake and serve.
