After the classic sausage, cheese and chicken puff pastry recipes, these mini puff pastry cakes look very different. I don't have friends who say that puff pastry is sweet and sweet (until I taste my little treats).

Whether it's chocolate or fruity, chocolate sauce or honey, jam, the content of these tiny cakes is entirely up to your creativity. What would you like to surprise your guests :)

puff pastry

Ingredients for Chocolate Sauce Puff Pastry Cakes

6 puff pastry dough
1 pack of whipped cream
1 pack of chocolate sauce
chocolate or fruit upon request
candied cherries
milk

Fabrication:

Take the puff pastry out of the fridge and wait for it to soften, divide the softened puff pastry into 4 parts with a knife (or you can cut it with cookie cutters like me),
On a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, 1 cm. Arrange at intervals, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until lightly browned.
While the puff pastries are cooking, beat the whipped cream with 1 glass of milk at high speed until it reaches a hard consistency (approximately 8-9 minutes), cover with cling film and rest in the refrigerator.
Whisk the chocolate sauce with 2,5 cups of milk and cook until it thickens and remove from the heat, stirring occasionally, to cool.
When the baked puff pastry cools down, divide it into 2 widthwise, fill the cream filled with a cream squeezer or take it with a spoon between the puff pastry sheets, and close it by putting fruit or chocolate on it.
Take your puff pastry on a serving plate, decorate with the remaining whipped cream, and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Serve garnished with candied cherries or fresh fruit.

It's really awesome. I was just putting hazelnut paste between it. I wasn't putting anything on it. Well done.

Hello my dear, mine was a medium size heart mold. For this reason, I was able to get 1 out of 2 puff pastry. But if you want to use a larger mold, you can put 2 puff pastry sheets on top of each other and roll them out a little bit and you will have a bigger dough.
    Love…

Well done Nilay, a very practical and stylish recipe.. I would like to try it too.. I was just curious. When we cut it into quarters with a knife, 4 pieces are obtained from a puff pastry, if we cut it with a mold, I think there will be 1 – because we do not roll the dough with a rolling pin.. Bon appetit..
