Chocolate Sauce Cocoa Walnut Muffin

Ferdacım, I love their cocoa sauce muffins. It's great, I'm sure it tastes as good as the look. It has been a very practical solution in aluminum containers.

Ingredients for Chocolate Sauce Cocoa Walnut Muffin Recipe

3 eggs
1 cups sugar
1 teaspoons of oil
1,5 water glass flour
1-2 teaspoons of cocoa
walnut
cinnamon
1 pack of vanilla
1 package baking powder

For the sauce:

1 pack of instant cocoa sauce

Fabrication:

First, we break the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar, then beat them with a mixer until the mixture turns white. Then we add all the ingredients including flour, oil, baking powder, vanillin, cinnamon, walnuts and mix again.
We place the cake papers inside the aluminum mini cake molds that we can buy from the markets. Thanks to the aluminum molds, the papers are not warped. We distribute the plain mixture in equal parts.
We put half and half in each mold. Add cocoa to the remaining mixture and mix. After completing the top of the molds with the cocoa mixture, we give the oven that we preheated to 150 degrees.
They cook for about 30-35 minutes. Do not fill the molds too much, they may overflow. Approximately 20 muffins come out of this measure. If you want, you can serve with the papers. But I took out the papers and sprayed chocolate sauce on them and they turned out great.

    I tried it on the weekend, but mine got dry shortly after it came out of the oven and it became saggy, I wonder why? Now I poured warm milk on it and made them soften.

      Ms. Saadet, it would be better if you poured melted milk chocolate on it while serving, because I also made it, mine got tough, I applied it while serving, it was very nice, I recommend it to you.

    You are right, Ms. Saadet, it is really hard to run around. I guess people get used to this pace over time.
