Ingredients for Chocolate Salami Recipe

• 50 gr butter
• 1 glass of water Milk
• 2 soup spoons of cocoa
• 50 gr dark couverture chocolate
• half a tea glass of powdered sugar
• 1,5 packages of petibor biscuits
• 5 tablespoons of sugary dried fruit

How to Make Chocolate Salami Recipe?

1. Break 1 packet of biscuits into a deep and wide bowl. (It is enough if each of them is divided into 4 parts.)
2. Place the butter, chocolate, milk, cocoa and powdered sugar in a medium saucepan.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until all ingredients are mixed.
4. Add the prepared sauce on the biscuits. Start mixing the sauce.
5. Add half a pack of biscuits by breaking them and continue mixing.
6. Add the candied dried fruit and mix.
7. Lay cling film on the counter and sprinkle some icing sugar.
8. Take the biscuit dough you prepared on the stretch and shape it into salami.
9. Carefully stretch the biscuit dough and press it closed on both sides.
10. You can serve by slicing the chocolate salami that you have cooled for 1-2 hours in the deep freezer.
