We set out with Toci last night for the "Italian Cuisine" training invitation at MSA, which I mentioned to you yesterday.

After surviving the Mecidiyeköy-Maslak traffic safely, we arrived at MSA, where we were late. Actually, we weren't too late, we just gathered because everyone was stuck in traffic. After a sweet conversation in the cafeteria, we went to the kitchen for training.

In our menu, where we prepare different tastes from the Italian Cuisine,

Truff Oil Tuscan Salad,
Saffron Risotto,
Jumbo Shrimp and Scallops with Tarragon Butter and Lemon Sauce,
Baked Pear with Chocolate Mascarpone He had.

Under the management of Italian-born chef Gabriele Sponza, we both cooked and ate these favorite flavors :)

While enjoying the training from a professional chef, we both had fun and learned. Of course, we also received our training certificates at the end of the course. I will share all of these unique flavors of Italian cuisine with you. Our first recipe, Baked Pear with Chocolate Mascarpone, is a must-try recipe.

Many thanks to MSA for this beautiful evening and wonderful training.

Keep following me. Love…
