My wife and my mutual friend, dear Seçil, had their wedding last Saturday. Since I wanted to do something different, I started a feverish muffin-making work on Friday evening. I made 70 muffins decorated with sugar paste, royal icing and whipped cream. It was really tiring but enjoyable work. Since I don't want to overwhelm you with cake recipes, I will publish 1 or 2 recipes in between. You can adapt my recipes to elegant invitations, birthdays and weddings of your loved ones. Love…

Ingredients for Chocolate Cream Bonbon Muffin Recipe

2 eggs (at room temperature)
4 coffee cups granulated sugar
2 coffee cups oil
2 cups of yogurt
6 coffee cup flour
1 package baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips
2 soup spoons of cocoa
half a glass of raisins

For the whipped cream and garnish:

1 package of chocolate whipped cream
1 teaspoons of cold milk
2-3 packs of bonbons

Fabrication:

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Beat eggs, oil and sugar with a mixer at low speed and then at high speed until they turn white. Sift flour, baking powder, yogurt and cocoa on it and add. Beat them all together until you get a mixture that is neither too hard nor too soft. Add the grapes last and mix them with the help of a spoon. Place muffin papers in muffin molds and distribute the mixture evenly. You can tell whether it is cooked or not with the help of a toothpick. If this cake collapses slightly when you press on it with your finger, then it gathers itself, it means that it is perfectly cooked. Whisk 1 pack of whipped cream by adding 1 tea glass of cold milk until a very hard cream emerges. When the muffins have cooled, remove them from their molds and spread the cream on them with the help of a spatula or spoon. Serve garnished with bonbons.

Ms. Ümran, paper muffin molds are used by placing them in the muffin mold, especially those sold in the markets. There are 12 muffin trays, you have to take one of them and place the paper molds in them. Take it easy…

Around 14-16 I guess, it depends on the muffin mold you use and the amount of dough you share. I made so many and increased the measurements so much that I don't remember exactly how many came out.
