I'm not very good with liver, frankly, I don't do much at home either. But fortunately Hilal Hn. otherwise you wouldn't be able to see many liver recipes on the site :) My wife liked the liver saute recipe the most, so I can make it tonight :)

lamb liver

Materials:

1 lamb or beef liver
1 onion
1 red pepper
2 piece of charliston pepper
5 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of flour
thyme, salt, rosemary

Fabrication:

The livers are cut into small cubes. It turns into flour. Our oil is heated in a pan and our livers are deep fried. Add finely chopped onions and cook until they turn pink.
We also chop our peppers and put them in and cook a little more. We add salt and add 3 tablespoons of water and let it cook. 5 minutes without taking it off the stove. First we sprinkle thyme and rosemary and then serve with mashed potatoes.

Bon Appetit!

I made chicken liver according to your recipe, even though it was my first time in my life, it was very tasty. I guess it's either beginner's luck or the recipe is just too good.
