Ingredients for Liver Steak Recipe

  • 1 liver
  • 1 tea cup oil
  • 1 onion
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 1 water glass flour
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Sumac

How to Make Liver Steak Recipe?

  1. Contrary to the dicing we are accustomed to, let's have our butcher chop our liver (we can also chop it at home) in the form of steaks and scrape the top of them lightly with a knife.
  2. Let's wash it and let it drain in a strainer.
  3. Let's pour our flour into a hollow bowl, pour our oil into a teflon pan and heat it.
  4. Let's fry the drained livers in hot oil after dipping them in flour. Let's take care not to dry !!!.
  5. Let's put our fried liver steaks in a small steel bowl and sprinkle the desired amount of thyme and salt on it and close the mouth. Let's not open it until we serve it.!!
  6. Let's chop our onions in the form of salad onions, add them to the parsley that we have cleaned and finely chopped, wash it together and strain it.
  7. Let's add sumac as much as desired.
  8. Let's serve the plates with the liver. If desired, it can also be served with a potato pan.
