I made my flower cookies with leftover dough from glass cookies. The result was very pleasing. An alternative solution for those who are tired of making standard cookies. I'm sure your guests who come to the tea will appreciate it :) Tested and approved by me.

colorful cookies

Materials:

2 eggs
250 grams of dough margarine
4 water glass flour
1 package baking powder
1 packaged vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar

Fabrication:

The flour is sifted into a large bowl. A hole is made in the middle and all the ingredients are added and kneaded until a non-sticky dough is obtained (the ingredients can be reduced to half if desired).
The dough is divided into 2 parts and colored with food coloring (You only need to use your food coloring with the tip of a toothpick, you need to increase the amount of food coloring a little more to get darker colors).
Small pieces of the colored dough are cut off and shaped by hand (cookie molds can also be used if desired) and placed on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15.20 minutes until it is ready to separate from the paper. is cooked.
