Ingredients for Flower Bread Recipe
- 5,5 cups of flour (600gr)
- 50 g Sana Dough (melted, warm)
- 1 pack of instant yeast
- 2 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1 sweet spice salt
- 2 glass of warm water
For the above :
- Sesame & Black Seeds
- 1 egg yolk
How to Make Flower Bread Recipe?
- Take 5 cups of flour in a deep mixing bowl. Add yeast and sugar to it.
- Add the melted and warmed margarine, water and salt to knead a soft dough. While kneading, add the remaining flour little by little to the dough.
- Gather the dough you prepared, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 50 minutes. Divide the fermented dough into meringues and roll them on a lightly floured counter.
- Arrange the meringues in the shape of flowers on a tray of suitable size, but leave 1-2 cm spacing when stacking them.
- Brush egg yolk on your fermented and combined dough and sprinkle with black cumin and sesame seeds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes until completely browned.
