Hello everyone,

I am very busy and tired these days. As you know, the monthly food and culture magazine Ray Gourmet I have a corner called Nilay's kitchen. I'm about to get knocked out when I say the jobs of the company I work for, the housework, the rush to get recipes for the magazine, the orders from our shop on kitchenalisverisi.com and gitgidiyor.com.

I had a lot of fun making it, I hope those who try it enjoy it as much as I do.

Love…

silicone cake mold

Ingredients for the Flower Garden Muffin Recipe

2 tablespoons cocoa or instant coffee
1 cup powdered sugar
1 water glass measure of oil
2 eggs
1 pack of baking powder (don't add if you don't want it to swell like me)
2-3 glasses of flour
1 glass of milk or yogurt
optional (raisins)

For decoration:

Royal Ice
sugar paste
food coloring

Fabrication:

Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until frothy. Add oil and yogurt and continue whisking. Sift the flour, baking powder, cocoa into the egg mixture. Mix it all.
Fill the silicone muffin molds with the fluid dough as much as you want. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. When the baked cakes cool down, take them out of their paper and cover them with the royal icing you made. Before the coating dries, place the shaped sugar paste (I used ready-made) on it (In this way, the flowers will stick to the cake).

For Royal Icing:

1 egg white
2-3 drops of lemon juice
1-1,5 cups of powdered sugar
food coloring

To make Royal Icing: Take the egg white in a deep bowl, add powdered sugar and lemon juice until it becomes snowy (beat for 10 minutes). Add food coloring with the tip of a toothpick. (The darker you want to darken the color, the more you have to add the food coloring.) You can add more powdered sugar to thicken the consistency.

I personally thought of jumping on them. But I didn't use food coloring when I was making it. It was colorless white, but it tasted very good. I think they should not use baking powder, it would be difficult to shape it. :)

It hurts even when you look at it, but I'm still hesitant to see if it will be as beautiful as this..!
