Ingredients for the Chocolate Sauce Semolina Dessert Recipe
1 liter milk
8 tablespoon of semolina
9 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 packaged vanilla
3 tablespoons of nutmeg
4 tablespoons of crushed hazelnuts
For sauce:
1 water glass milk
4 teaspoon of sugar
3 teaspoon of cocoa
1 teaspoon of starch
Preparation of 3 teaspoons of butter:
Fabrication:
Put 1 liter of milk, 8 tablespoons of semolina, 9 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 packet of vanilla and optionally coconut and hazelnuts in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. When the mixture solidifies and starts to boil, turn off the stove and pour the mixture into the mold you will serve. Cool it in the refrigerator. For sauce; Mix milk, sugar, cocoa and starch constantly, cook until it reaches the consistency of pudding, add 2-3 teaspoons of butter on it, close to taking it off the stove, mix a little more and remove from the stove. Before serving, take the semolina dessert that you have cooled in the refrigerator from the mold and pour the sauce on it. I used crushed hazelnuts to garnish.

A cake mold was used as a mold in the picture. I wondered if there was a process to prevent it from sticking. Because the molds look good.
