Chocolate Cream Surprise Cupcake
Hello Dear Friends,
The 6th recipe of Romantic February has met you :) In our competition held on February 17-18, Betül Cengiz won the Hotpoint Multifunctional Hand Blender by finding the most creative name for our recipe.
Our cupcakes hidden in strawberries are as delicious as they are stylish. Thanks to the strawberry milk we use to increase the strawberry flavor, the house smells like strawberries while the cakes are baking. The paper patterns I use are normally a little small, so they come out around 9. You can make 6-7 cakes with medium size white and hard paper molds.
Due to the heavy cream on it, it comes 1 full for 1 person.
If we reorder the tricks of making cupcakes, the priority is to have all the ingredients at room temperature. Other points include beating eggs and sugar thoroughly, sifting dry ingredients before use, and heating the oven to pre-cooking temperature.
If you follow these points, your cakes will always be successful.
Love…
