Chocolate Drop (Cookie) Kuki
Today, I skipped school to rest my tired body and breathe a little. I'm a bit like a flu as I haven't been paying much attention to myself in the hustle and bustle of the last days. When the stupefaction of Taylol Hot was complete, I said don't stop, Nilay, if you stop, you will get sicker.
So chocolate chip cookies were a bit of active rest for me. While you are reading the recipe, I will be finishing these cookies with a cup of coffee :)
It should not go without saying a couple of things about cookies. In order for your cookies to be like in my recipe, you should definitely not mix them with a mixer after adding the flour. If you mix it with a mixer, you will not get the chops we want.
I wrote an approximate time because I forgot to keep the clock while the cookies were baking. But you can tell that it is cooked by the smell and the slightly discoloration of the sides.
Finally, your cookies should be slightly soft when you take them out of the oven, so when you press them with your finger, they should feel soft in your hand.
14 huge cookies come out of the whole dough, I also prepared another cookie with cocoa and pistachio from the same dough. I will share it in the next days.
Love…
Ingredients for Chocolate Drop (Cookie) Kuki Recipe
- 200 g margarine
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (170 g)
- 2,5 cups of flour (275 g)
- 1 pieces of eggs
- 1 pack of baking powder (10gr)
- 8 tablespoon of chocolate chips
Fabrication:
- Take the margarine and granulated sugar into the whisk. Using a mixer, beat the margarine and sugar until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add 1 egg to the creamy mixture and continue beating.
- When the egg is completely mixed, add the flour, baking powder and chocolate chips and mix with the help of a spatula.
- If they have cookies, place them on a baking tray lined with silpat or greaseproof paper with an ice cream spoon or a tablespoon at 3-4 cm intervals. Bake in the oven at 165 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
- Let the cakes out of the oven cool to room temperature and serve.
hello, I will send by cargo, how many days is the durability?
Hello, I tried the cookies, it tasted great, but my cookies spread a lot while baking. What would be the reason. Thanks.
Hello Figen, as I showed during the construction phase, the ball does not stay. The specialty of this cookie is that it spreads like this. Yours sincerely
Eat with good health, my dear hands
Hello, should I use the margarine at room temperature or melted?
I tried your recipe the same way, it was great. Can we make this cookie with Turkish delight or dried apricots?
Do you mind if I crush regular chocolate instead of chocolate chips and put it inside?
Unfortunately, it's not like a drop of chocolate.
Will the dough not stick to the hand like full dough or will it be a little sticky?
Do you mind if I use oil?
You can try butter, but no oil.
mine was a little solid, I kept it in the oven for 17 minutes, at 170 degrees, I wonder my degree was too much :( but it tastes good :D
Hello, I always apply this recipe, everyone admires it in general :) Do you not use salt at all, even if it is a little bit?
Hello, if I think of it, I throw a pinch, but I guess I did not use it while preparing this recipe.
let's see how it will be
well done, it looks very good, is there any milk in the recipe….?
No, margarine provides its softening that way.
I did it too, now there was no ice cream spoon, I rolled it with my hand, some spread a lot, some spread a little, but it tasted great, thanks for the recipe
The reason for it to spread is because the flour is less, when I add a little more flour, it does not spread on the tray. When I saw that it spread in the first time, I put a little more flour in the second time, it did not spread.
I discovered your site today and all your recipes look very good. The first thing that caught my eye was this cookie recipe and I applied it immediately and it was really nice, thank you for your effort :)
Good luck with your hands :)
i did it too, i just loved itmmmmmmm :)
I will do it now, let's see how it will be))
I just made it now, even though I made it small, they spread too much. Also, I don't know if they just came out of the hot oven right now, but they were so soft they weren't crunchy like cookies :(
I made it exactly according to the recipe, it was very nice :) thank you
How many calories in 1?
Now I tried it, it looks like yours but it tastes very sweet :-(
hello Merve, everyone has a different taste. You can reduce the amount of sugar according to your taste before you try again. love.
I made it, but I put 1 glass of flour and it was all spread on the tray. so I cut them all with a knife, it's like a thin cake but it tastes good… it was half biscuit half cookies. I'm sure the second one will be better.
You have to follow the recipe :) Bon appetit.
I did it, now in the oven, while mixing sugar and margarine, I added a little milk, let's see how it goes.
I'll try it soon, but I'll use less oil because I'm having really serious stomach problems with margarine. I will try to get more cookies by putting all the ingredients in twice as much. My teacher, I want to bring a gift to my students tomorrow, thank you very much.
I was impressed by the photo and made it right away, the cookies you made look great, but my cookies were spread out like other friends. And it's like a little oily, is it okay if we reduce the oil? It was also thin, it tasted like a cake, not a cookie :/
I tried it well. But I guess I missed the dose of milk.
I applied the recipe, it was really nice, but it spread a little. As a solution, I cut it apart. It's a delicious recipe that can be made quickly and easily. Everyone enjoy it.
I make the same recipe with blueberry. I highly recommend it :)
I'm going to ask something, I wonder if the margarine will be melted, or it seems like it's hard to mix :/
It is sufficient for the margarine to be at room temperature.
I made my cookies and arranged them on the baking tray nicely, but when I took them out of the oven, all the cookies melted and stuck together so I had one very big cookie, I'm so sorry please give me a solution
I think the only thing that can be done is to serve it by slicing. I think you made a mistake somewhere in the recipe, it is impossible to spread that much.
Don't put any baking powder in the dough. If you can't add less flour and less margarine, add more flour. (I learned these, try and try)
Hello;
I tried this recipe with my sister Seda. It was sooo good. Thank you very much for sharing this recipe with us.
ewtt :) it's cooked, we've already finished three of them together with my son :P it was good, but the beer seemed sweet because of the chocolates, it's a nice flavor apart from that :))))
I'm going to try and make a beer, I'll write a comment again after I cook this recipe, I went to the market especially for this recipe, I even bought an ice cream serving spoon :)
I did it, they all stick together, even if it's a mold, the flavor is number ten;)))
I did it now, it's too big and common :)) 14 of them didn't come out :)) but still their taste is super
now i made it, it was fragrant but i added vanilla flavor in addition. i added it to my list of things to make and eat with pleasure. thanks for the recipe…
Also, Ms. Nilay, if we make this cupcake with cocoa and walnuts, do you think it's necessary to change the dimensions, should we add it and do it the same way, thank you very much.
I think this recipe is amazing, I made it last night, everyone in the house liked it very much, thanks to you, I have beautiful cookies, thank you..
yes, I tried it with great enthusiasm. When I checked it after 15 minutes, it was slightly pink. I thought it was not cooked for a while, I left it in the oven for a while and took it out when it was fried. As a result, my cookies were like stone: (but the taste was still good, when I tried it again, I realized that I had to take it out when it turned slightly pink. .
the image is amazing, i will make it for my son right away :)) but how about if i put grapes and walnuts, i'm not good with chocolate
I just made it, it came out hot, I couldn't stand it out of the oven, I tasted it, it was amazingly delicious. However, instead of 200 g margarine, I put 100 g margarine and 80 g butter, it smelled more pleasant. Also, I added 2.5 cups of flour and 1 cup of the ready-made cake mix because I wasn't sure about the freshness of my baking powder. One last note, when it turns a little pink, it is cooked. It is not cooked, don't keep it waiting for a long time, thinking it is softer. Thanks for the recipe and good luck to those who will make it :)
It's great, but I prefer the one without margarine :) well done.
Love from the Coffee Shop…
Uff, they are so beautiful, Nilay. Bon appetit to you. When I try it, I will want your life like this.
Yours ..
I'll try it over the weekend. They look delicious. Well done.
Hello, I will try tomorrow
but can we use butter instead of margarine?
I always use butter in such margarine recipes.
I wonder if we will press on it after putting it with an ice cream spoon or does it spread itself as in the photo? I would be very happy if you answer. Thank you.
Miss Aysez, you don't need to suppress it, it spreads on its own. love.
Thank you very much, now I'm starting to try :D
good luck, even if I eat the cookies :) love...
Thanks :) Best regards…
Health to your hands. The presentation is very elegant. I'm sure they're delicious on cookies.
Yours
Thanks guys, love :)
Bon appetit and healing :) I want to try it as soon as possible.
I love it, I definitely need to try it, by the way, where did you get the tiny chalkboard from?
Thank you Ayşecan, I bought it from Metro for the fresh spices I grew in pots a long time ago.
Your hands look good. I usually use soft margarine at room temperature in cookies, is it necessary to melt it when making a mixture of margarine and sugar for this cookie, or do you mix the softened margarine?
Ms. Neslihan, margarine will be at room temperature, if you melt it, it won't get the consistency of cream. Love…
I also have a cookie to make today, what should we do? :) your hands look delicious.
Thank you Aycan :) I think you should try this recipe today :)
Is the oil melting or is it room temperature?
It will be at room temperature, otherwise it will not reach the consistency of cream. Love…
It looks very nice, I will try it tonight. So, what will the consistency of this dough be, will it be as soft as an earlobe like normal cookies? Did you specify?
Thank you…
No, it is definitely not the consistency of an earlobe, it is dense but soft in consistency that will not flow from the spoon. As you add the flour, you will notice its consistency.
Your recipe looks very good, besides, I'm pregnant and it would be nice:) Good luck to you, but my only question is how about we not put eggs in it while preparing the dough.
The egg here is the glue that binds the consistency and the dough together. I think give it a try, maybe it won't fall apart, just spread a little more. I would be glad if you write the result when you try it. love.
Well done my dear, they look very good, I have the same recipe. I make it often, my nephew loves it, he calls them aunt cookies.
I think I will do it often from now on. Yours sincerely
