I have an effortless and delicious cake recipe that you can prepare by hand-whisking! We are making Chocolate Banana muffins that will be especially favorite for children with their fragrant and moist texture! Moreover, it maintains its freshness for a long time ❤️🧁

After mixing the liquid ingredients with the mashed bananas, we add the dry ingredients and obtain a smooth consistency. 

We divide the dough into muffin tins and add walnuts or chocolate. We bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Warm or cold, it is delicious in every way! Enjoy!

Ingredients for Chocolate Banana Muffin Recipe

  • 2 ripe banana
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 1 tea glass of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoons of oil
  • Half a cup of tea with milk
  • 1,5 water glass flour
  • 2 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 1 pack of vanilla

Fabrication:

  1. Put the bananas in a deep bowl, add granulated sugar and mash the bananas.
  2. Add egg, oil and milk and mix well.
  3. Add cocoa, flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix.
  4. Divide the muffin mixture you prepared into muffin cups.
  5. Add a piece of walnut and chocolate if desired.
  6. Bake in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Serve warm or cold.
