Chili Pepper Paste Cookies

Dear lady, health to your hands. I love hot cookies, but I add a little mahlep when I'm making them.

Ingredients for Chili Pepper Paste Cookies Recipe

As much flour as you get
1 pack of room temperature margarine
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 package baking powder
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
1 sweet spice salt
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar

Over; egg yolk

Fabrication:

All the material is taken into the mixing bowl. By mixing, a dough as soft as an earlobe is prepared. Pieces of dough are cut off, rolled by hand and finger-thick sticks are prepared. Sticks are 2 cm each. cut lengthwise with a knife. Egg yolk is brushed on it and placed on a tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven until golden brown. Enjoy your meal.

    I also make this cookie, but I don't put baking powder in it because the cookie doesn't need to rise, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth when I put it, I put the vinegar in about half a tea glass, it's very nice, try it like this.
