Chicken Broth Soup with String Noodles

Hello Dear Friends,

One of my father's most frequent and favorite recipes is noodle soup with chicken broth. It is usually seasoned at our house, but its recipe is very practical and delicious. He even adds potatoes, but I didn't add the vermicelli and flour because it gives enough consistency.

If my chicken is whole, I boil it in a pressure cooker. After cooking for about 1 hour, both the juice and the meat are wonderful. I shred and use some of the meat, especially the breast, for soup. I usually make the rest over rice.
