Seasoned Noodle Chicken Soup

Since its name is so long, I say let's call it 3T SOUP from now on :) Seasoned noodle soups I love it very much, now we cook it 1-2 times a week since my little daughter also drinks without refusing. just like i did before seasoned barley noodle like soup.
In this recipe, I overestimated the number of chicken legs because I removed the chicken broth from these legs, as well as my other recipe for iftar. chicken rice I did. In other words, I used 1 leg for soup, I prepared the iftar menu with chicken rice and salad in the remaining 3 legs.

Ingredients for Seasoned Wire Noodle Chicken Soup Recipe
- 1 Turkish coffee cup vermicelli
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 medium potato
- 1 medium carrot
- half an onion
- 2 liters of water
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of yogurt
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- salt
Fabrication:
- Chop the carrot and potato coarsely, put them in the pot with half an onion and baguettes.
- Add water to the pot and cook on medium heat until the chickens are tender enough to be shredded.
- When the chickens are cooked, remove all the ingredients from the water with the help of a kevfir or perforated ladle.
- Add the noodles to the pot and cook until the noodles are soft.
- Whisk eggs, yogurt and flour in a bowl. Take it from the boiling soup water, add it to the mixture and warm it up.
- Add the mixture you prepared to the soup and mix.
- Shred 1 leg, chop the cooked vegetables into small pieces if desired, add to the soup and cook until boiling.
- Add salt as soon as it boils and cook for 2-3 minutes. Bring it to a boil and take it off the stove.
- Take the soups on a serving plate and serve with spices and fresh parsley, if desired.
