Chicken Rose Pie
Crispy on the outside, crunchy on the outside, what's more :) Chicken meat is so interesting that sweet, salty, pastry suits them all...
If you want to prepare it yourself instead of buying the ground meat, it will be enough to buy chicken breast and pass it through a food processor.

Ingredients for Chicken Rose Pie Recipe
- 3 pieces of dough
For the stuffing:
- 250 g chicken mince
- 1 medium onion
- Salt
- Black pepper
For the sauce:
- 1 eggs
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- 1 tea cup oil
For the above:
- 1 egg yolks
Fabrication:
- Finely chop the onion. Fry in a medium skillet until golden brown.
- Add the minced meat and spices to the pink onions and fry until the water is released and removed from the stove.
- Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
- Divide your dough into 4 equal parts. Apply the sauce you prepared on the face of each piece with the help of a brush.
- Sprinkle with the ground meat you have roasted on it and roll it up, wrap it in the shape of a rose and place it on the greased baking tray. Do the same for all the phyllo sheets.
- If there is any sauce left, spread it on the pastries. Also, apply egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.

In the iftar menu of the 23rd day, it is mentioned as rose pastry with minced meat, when I clicked on it, this recipe appeared, I was disappointed, I am not very good with chicken :(
