Chicken Meatballs
Hello Dear Friends,
We are almost halfway through the month of Ramadan, which we say is coming, and there are daily recipes and recipes that I have published since the first day. iftar menus He always got good comments from you. First of all, thank you very much for your likes and sharing your comments with me by trying it and even sending your photos.
My recipe for today is chicken meatballs, which is a flavor that both meatballs and chicken lovers will like. To tell the truth, it is as delicious as it is practical…
As I wrote before, the most important trick of the meatballs is kneading and then resting the kneaded meat. Chicken mince has a more juicy texture than ground beef (if you buy it fresh from the butcher), so if you have too much bread or breadcrumbs, it will be tough and dry. What you need to do to prevent this situation is to let the ground meat you knead rest in the refrigerator for a while and let it absorb itself.
If you oil your hands a little while portioning and shaping the meatballs, you will solve the sticking problem. I also recommend adding a little oil to the pan instead of cooking it completely without oil.

It's a good description. It is very nice that you mention every point to be considered while cooking in each of your recipes.
Thanks a lot :) Best regards.
Dill instead of parsley is also good.
In addition, good flavors can be obtained with red powdered pepper, black pepper, etc.
But instead of bread crumbs, breadcrumbs are better, that bread crumb leaves its residue in the pan.
