Chicken Vegetable Noodles – Chinese Noodles

A practical and filling recipe with its delicious sauce, plenty of vegetables and tender chicken. Moreover, it is ready in a short time with only a few ingredients!
You can vary the vegetables as you wish and adjust the sauce according to your taste. We achieve a great taste with small touches in a single pan.

Ingredients for Chicken Vegetable Noodles – Chinese Noodle Recipe
- 400 gr chicken (boneless thigh)
- 3 pieces of plain eggnoodles (1 square per person)
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 cabbage leaves
- 1 capsicum peppers
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
- Salt (do not add if you are using soy sauce)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 2-3 stalks of spring onions (optional)
- 1 tea glass of cashew nuts (optional)
- Low salt soy sauce
Fabrication:
- Chop the chicken finely. Chop the onion into small pieces and the cabbage leaves into thin strips.
- Chop the carrots and capsicum into matchstick thickness.
- Heat the oil in a wok, add the chicken and sauté until the water is absorbed.
- Add the onion, garlic, spices and remaining vegetables and sauté until the vegetables are soft.
- Meanwhile, soak the noodles in boiling water for 7-8 minutes and drain.
- Add the noodles, cashews and soy sauce to the pan. Cook, adding a little hot water if necessary.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onion if desired and serve hot.
