Patty

Ingredients for Chicken and Vegetable Pie Recipe

3 sheets of dough
2-3 tablespoons of yoghurt
1 bowl of garnish
1 chicken breast
1-2 medium potatoes
Black seed
Salt
Black pepper
Liquid oil

Fabrication:

First, we boil the potatoes. I cook it in the microwave for 8-10 minutes. It is both delicious and cooks quickly. After mashing the boiled potatoes with a fork, we add the garnish. In a separate place, we fry the chicken breast that we cut into cubes on the fire with a little oil until it is cooked. Then, we add the chicken to our other stuffing and mix it well with salt. You can add spices such as black pepper, thyme, chili pepper, curry to the stuffing. After preparing our stuffing, we mix yogurt and oil in a bowl and add some water to it to complete the filling of the pastry. Yes, everything is ready to make the pastry :) We also spread our greaseproof paper on our baking tray. We will process our pastries one by one. We open 1 piece of pastry on our kitchen counter or table. We distribute the filling that we prepared on it so that it does not get too wet. After distributing our stuffing to the very end of the pastry, we roll it up until the pastry is finished. We divide our yufka, which we have rolled into a long roll, into equal pieces with 5 fingers intervals. It is estimated that 5 or 6 pies come out of one yufka. We apply the same process to the remaining yufka and arrange them on the tray. Before putting the pies in the oven, we brush them with egg and sprinkle black cumin. Those who do not like black cumin can also use sesame. It cooks in 300-25 minutes at 30 degrees. The thing I like the most about this pie is that you do not have to worry about cutting it and you can easily eat it by holding it in your hand. Enjoy your meal :)

Hello Mr. Celal. You can wash and microwave the potatoes without peeling them. It was enough to cook for 9 minutes at the maximum temperature. Ferda Hn. That's what he said, thank you very much :)
