Ingredients for Chestnut Cookie Recipe
- 2 soup spoons of cocoa
- 1 tea glass of granulated sugar
- 1 tea glass of butter at room temperature (70 g)
- 1 cup chestnuts (110 g boiled and cut into small pieces)
- 1 cups of flour (110 g)
Fabrication:
- Mix the butter, cocoa and granulated sugar well.
- Gather the dough by adding chestnuts and flour.
- Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and roll them in your hand and place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Shape the cookies by pressing the tops and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. (They will be a little soft when they come out of the oven, but will harden as they cool.)
- Serve the cooled cookies with melted chocolate, if desired.
