Sandal Pastry with Cheese

I have an extra practical brioche recipe that you can store in the freezer empty and that you can easily prepare and bake with the stuffing you want :)
Sandal pastry is a perfect breakfast for me, but when it is made with potatoes and minced meat, it will pass a meal.

Materials:
- 2 pieces of dough
- 200 g white medium hard feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
For the sauce:
- Half a glass of yogurt
- 1 pieces of eggs
- Half a glass of oil
How to Make Cheese Sandal Pastry Recipe?
- Divide each dough into 8 pieces. When you're done with the dough, set it aside.
- Grate the feta cheese into a deep bowl, add the parsley and mix.
- Mix the yogurt, egg and oil.
- Spread the sauce on the piece of phyllo that we cut into a triangle and wrap it without being too tight, join the ends of the roll in the middle when it is halfway through the phyllo.
- Fold the outside triangle part into the round part and form a bowl.
- Place the dough bowls you prepared on the baking tray lined with baking paper at 2-3 cm intervals.
- Divide the stuffing you have prepared into the dough bowls. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
