Cheese Pepper Slices
I think how you look is as important as what you eat. No matter how good it tastes, if it doesn't appeal to the eye, I can't eat it. 3 bell peppers

2- If there is feta cheese, break it up in the rondo, otherwise mash it with a fork and mix in the sliced parsley.
3- Fill the cheesy mortar you prepared inside the peppers so that there are no gaps.
4- Leave the peppers in the freezer for 5-6 minutes. Slice the slightly hardened peppers and place on a serving plate, sprinkle with black cumin and serve.

I make this with red pepper and sweet pepper paste, I make a mixture of curd and egg in it, fill it and fry it, it is very good.
I made it and it was great. I added red pepper flakes and parsley. You should see what a feast of colors the green parsley and red chili flakes create in the red peppers… love…
and aesthetics met with taste =) well done, it's a really great idea. You can also try adding rosemary or dill to it. I tried it, it was delicious =)
