Cezerye was the most beloved dessert of my childhood. Every time I go to the nut shop, I buy 1 pack and take it out :)

Years later, I would never have thought that I would do it at home. It all started yesterday when I boiled the carrots that were too much for me at home. The next came with some sugar, some cinnamon and lots of coconut.

practical cezerye recipe

Come on, you can make cezerye at home with a simple recipe that will make you say what more.

You don't need to add biscuits or anything, but it definitely requires wrist strength. I shaped it without waiting for it to cool down completely and started eating it. It turns out that warm is very delicious :)

Ingredients for Cezerye Recipe

  • 1 kilo large carrots
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 1 cup of coconut

How to Make Cezerye Recipe?

  1. Wash and peel the carrots thoroughly and boil them in plenty of water until soft.
  2. Drain the boiled carrots and grate with the small side of the grater.
  3. Take the grated carrots in a deep saucepan, add 2 cups of sugar and fry them with a wooden spoon.
  4. Fry the carrots on high heat, stirring, until the juice is released and the sugar is completely gone. Then continue to fry on medium heat until the carrots absorb their juices and melt completely.
  5. Pass the hazelnuts through the rondo, add them into the carrots and fry for 2 more minutes.
  6. Spread the cezerye you prepared in a large pyrex or porcelain bowl. When it cools and thickens, slice it and serve with coconut.

If you put starch, which has been opened with a little water, into the cezerye, it will be in full consistency, by the way, I love your recipes, thank you.

During the winter, I squeeze carrot and apple juice in a fruit press. I felt sorry for the pulp because almost half of the carrot was wasted. When I thought that Cezerye was made from carrots, I looked at the recipes and came across your site. After passing the carrots through the solid fruit press, I put them in the pot, added some water and left them on medium heat for half an hour until they solidified. Afterwards, it's already your recipe, there's no need to grate it again, and half of the carrots aren't wasted. After all, it's super, I think those who drink fruit juice with a solid fruit press should not give up this Cezerye, my children's favorite thing was carrots :)

Thanks, I wanted to prepare this safer from pure carrots, but as you said, when you add biscuits, it is very tasty and full.

I do this too and my mom loves it, I add some biscuits in it and make little balls and throw them on the coconut tray, shake them, stick them in toothpicks and attach them to the coffee table when guests come ;)

A small amount of ginger is also added to the cezerye. It can also be tried with walnuts and pistachios. It is made from purple carrots in myrtle.

Thank you, let me briefly state that it is not very busy like the cezeryes sold in the markets. It takes shape but stays soft. Yours sincerely
