Walnut Cookies

This was my first cookie :) I used a rolling pin and a cookie cutter for the first time while making the walnut cookies :)

Ingredients for Walnut Cookie Recipe

1 Cup of powdered sugar
1 cup vegetable oil or margarine
1 pack walnuts
1 packet of baking powder
Flour as much as it takes (it will be as soft as an earlobe)
Powdered sugar

Fabrication:

A mixture is obtained by adding flour and other ingredients except baking powder in a bowl. Flour and baking powder are added to this mixture and kneaded slowly. When the desired softness is achieved, walnut-sized shapes are given. It is placed on a previously prepared lightly oiled tray and left to bake at 180 degrees. In another bowl, mix some powdered sugar and cinnamon. Cookies taken out of the oven are blended with this mixture. The remaining cinnamon powdered sugar is sprinkled on the cookies after they are arranged on the serving plate.
