Ingredients for Carrot Broccoli Soup Recipe

  • 1 root broccoli (300 g)
  • 2 stalk of leek
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 cup broth 4 cups water
  • 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • salt
  • black pepper

Fabrication:

1. Chop the carrots and leeks. Wash the broccoli and cut it into pieces.
2. Add the olive oil to the pot, add the flour, leek and carrot to the pot and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add broccoli pieces and mix. Add broth, water and spices.
4. After the whistle blows, cook for 10 minutes. Put the cooked vegetables in a blender.
5. Serve hot.
